What Sellora is
Sellora connects buyers and sellers in Mauritius. Sellers list what they have, buyers find it, and the two of you arrange the sale between yourselves.
Payments happen directly between you and the other person, outside the app. Sellora does not hold your money, does not process payments, and is not a party to your sale. A payment proof uploaded here is a record for the two of you — it is not a receipt from us, and Sellora does not guarantee delivery, quality or refunds.
Your account
You need an account to post, buy or message anyone, and you must be at least 13 to have one. You are responsible for what is posted from your account, so keep your password to yourself. You must be old enough to enter into a contract in Mauritius to sell here.
What you post
What you post stays yours. By posting it you allow Sellora to store it and show it to other people in the app — which is what posting means, and nothing more.
Do not post what is not yours to post, what is illegal to sell in Mauritius, what is meant to mislead a buyer, or anything that harasses, threatens or sexualises another person. Live streams are held to the same standard while they are on air.
Anyone can report a post, a comment, a product, a live stream or a person from inside the app, and block anyone they do not want to hear from. We review reports and can remove content, end a live stream, or suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. If we remove yours, you can ask us why at support@sellora.app.
Selling
Sellers describe what they sell truthfully, honour the price shown, and confirm, ship and mark orders in the app as they happen. Sellers may be asked to verify their identity before selling. Sellora charges no commission and takes no payment.
Sellora's part
We provide the app as it is, keep it running as best we can, and fix what breaks. We are not liable for a sale that goes wrong between two people, for content another person posted, or for the app being unavailable. Where the law does not allow that limit, our liability is limited to the greatest extent it does allow.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account or as described at Delete your account. We can close an account that breaks these terms. Completed orders stay on record for the other party, without your name.
Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will tell you and ask you to agree again. These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
